Avv. Federico Berni is an Italian lawyer, established in Prague since 2009.He is licensed to practice law in Italy and in the Czech Republic.
He graduated at the University of Florence, Italy. Subsequently he obtained a post-graduate degree at the University of Milan, Italy. Federico has extensive experience in advising national and multinational companies operating in different professional sectors on both domestic and cross – border commercial and corporate strategy issues under Italian and EU law as well as individuals with their legal matters in Italy.
Besides his native Italian, Federico is fluent in English and has a good command of Czech language. Federico also assists and represents the clients in court, administrative and other proceedings before judicial and administrative bodies of all instances in Italy.
Mgr. Viktorie Pokorná is a Czech lawyer admitted to the Czech Bar association with more than 10 years of experience in the field.
She graduated at the Palacký university of Olomouc, Czech Republic. During her studies she completed study internship at law in UK. Afterwards she gained Master in International Business Law at Sapienza University in Rome and deepened her knowledge of international business law at Rome III University.
Before starting her independent career she gained experience in leading Czech – Italian law firms. Viktorie has a deep knowledge across all relevant legal areas of the day to day business of Italian corporate clients conducting their businesses in the Czech Republic. This allows her to provide overall solutions for issues and projects which have implications in different legal disciplines. She also assists individuals with their legal matters in the Czech Republic.
